Au premier mail reçu, j'avais répondu que la période était libre, lui donnant simplement le prix de la location , sans détail, et que s'il désirait me donner son accord, je lui enverrai un contrat complet.

Et puis, j'ai trouvé que c'était bien une arnaque sur ce forum.
Avez-vous une idée de ce qu'il espère ? Veut-il proposer un chèque bien supérieur à la location et me demander de lui renvoyer d'avance la différence, comme j'ai vu que c'était arrivé à certaines personnes ? Mais bien entendu, son chèque n'arrivera pas et la personne qui tombe dans le panneau ne reverra jamais non plus sa différence envoyée...
